Sketches from the past couple of days

“Pensive”. Today was play day so I spent some time doing 5 minute watercolors using Sktchy photos. I did about 15 before I called it quits. I chose this one to finish. I added more watercolor and I used ink after. I normally work ink first but sometimes I like to change things up. I felt this young lady would look good by the beach.

“Pug”. What a cutie! I had a loonnnnggg day painting today so breezing through this guy was a breath of fresh air. I hope you like my interpretation. Pugs always make me smile.

Then, there are my wine glasses….I had to do a mermaid….here are front and back shots plus the sculpture that inspired the glass…
