Today’s Sktchy

“The dreamer, the unwoken fool In dreams, no pain will kiss the brow The love of ages fills the head The days that linger there In prey of emptiness, of burned out dreams The minutes calling through the years The universal dreamer rises up above his earthly burden Journey to the dead of night High on a hill in Eldorado.” Jeff Lynne…Electric Light Orchestra…….Willa, thanks for the Inspiration and giving me a reason to listen to Eldorado while working on this.  Eldorado was how many of us in the late 70’s and early 80’s got through our teenage years without drugs.

Sketches from the past couple of days

“Pensive”. Today was play day so I spent some time doing 5 minute watercolors using Sktchy photos. I did about 15 before I called it quits. I chose this one to finish. I added more watercolor and I used ink after. I normally work ink first but sometimes I like to change things up. I felt this young lady would look good by the beach.
