    1. I throw the turkey bones in a big pot the day after Thanksgiving and simmer them. Then I strain the soup to get all the bones out. After that, leftovers go in…stuffing(if there is any left) gravy, turkey, and I add celery, onion and garlic. I don’t add the noodles because the use up the broth so I cook those separate and add them to the bowl when serving.
