#Inktober #15 Thumbnail sketches and the value of studying great works. A great lesson I learned from Lynn Whipple. And I am happy to say I completed three sketchbooks that were almost full, these past few days.        

30 min painting in gouache and the sketchbook is FULL! Another one down! That’s three sketchbooks I finished in the past 9 days!

Here is my #Inktober Day 4. I sketched this at the nursing home visiting my mother-in-law while my husband hovered waiting to snatch up his favorite candy. They were coloring and I had given my mother-in-law some candy which she happily ate and we all created “art” together…..my husband eventually got the peppermint patty.   Continue reading “#Inktober Day 4 and Raku sketches”

     

“ROCKY” Grey paper Strathmore Sketchbook Pen&Ink #Inktober I figured 31 Days to showcase some of my horse babies would be a cool idea
