Butter Beans

My grandmother had a recipe where she made baked beans out of white lima beans. She used to make then when she was roasting pork. When I don’t have the time to soak dry beans, I use Hanover or Goya Butter Beans. There’s no butter in them, I guess they get their name from the color. But they taste yummy as baked beans!
