A few years ago I took a year long class with Carla Sonheim and Lynn Whipple, called Year of the Spark. One of the assignments was automatic writing in little booklets that we made just for the purpose of writing in them. I have done a bunch of them and occasionally I use them as fodder for projects such as the one below….

I had to take 8 pages of writing and boil it down into what I have written on the little poster below. One of my favorite beach creatures are the ghost crabs and I have been wanting to do projects to include them. I hope you enjoy my little crab project.
